In view of the current riot from 3rd May, 2023 between the two communities of the state, Manipur resulting where people from both the communities loss their life more than hundreds (according to the report). In the outskirt of the state and in the center of the state Capital burning of the houses could be witness whereby around 3000 houses were burnt, nearly 50,000 people have been dispatch from their home and were stranded in camps and some in their relative home with hearts on their palms for safety. The state Government have opened up more than 350 relief camps to address the issue and for giving shelter and food to the dispatch people. In Bishnupur District itself 53 relief camp were opened.
While the state in the situation of chaos, hardship and unrest in dealing the people. Many generous funder have sprout out across the state and outside the state. Fortunately, a well-known generous organization India Donate, New Delhi donated a sum of Rs. 940,000/ (Nine Lakh forty thousand) only as humanitarian aid through People’s Resource Development Association (PRDA) for the people to provide food and non-food items who take shelter at six different camp of Bishnupur District Namely;
1. Thangjing Sindam Sanglen Relief Camp
2. Khoyol Keithel, Moirang Lamkhai Relief Camp
3. Konjenbam Leikai Community Relief Camp
4. Moirang College, Block-B Relief Camp
5. Kwakta Ward No. 6 Relief Camp
6. Santhong Awang Leikai Relief Camp

1. Construction of hygienic toilet, bathroom and kitchen in some relief camp.
